PestChime is a local service with one job: when you have a pest problem in South King County, WA, we help connect you with a pest-control provider who can actually fix it.
We started PestChime because finding good pest help is harder than it should be. Search results are a wall of national call centers and ads, and when there's a rat in your ceiling at 11 p.m., you don't want to research an industry — you want a qualified local company to call you back.
What we do (and don't do)
PestChime is a referral and lead-generation service. We help users submit service requests that may be shared with pest-control providers serving their area. PestChime does not perform pest-control services directly. You describe the problem once, and we route it to a provider serving your area. The inspection, the quote, the treatment and any guarantee come directly from that provider.
We keep our end honest: real Western Washington information on our pages (not national boilerplate), realistic price context so you can sanity-check quotes, and no manufactured urgency. Some pest problems genuinely can wait; some genuinely can't — our pages try to tell you which is which.
Why Kent first
We're starting where we know the ground: Kent and surrounding South King County. Mild winters, damp crawl spaces, older housing stock and the valley's mix of homes and warehouses give this area a specific pest profile — and specific answers beat generic ones. More cities are coming as we're able to serve them properly.
