Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you provide: name, phone, email (optional), ZIP code, pest and property details, your description, any photos you upload, your preferred contact method and time. We also record the consent language you agreed to with a timestamp, the page you submitted from, and advertising parameters (UTM tags, click IDs) so we know which ads work. Our server logs mask personal details.

Why we collect it

To share your request with a pest-control provider serving your area so they can contact you about it; to send you a confirmation; to operate, secure and improve the service; and to measure advertising performance.

Who receives it

The provider assigned to your request receives your contact details and job description, including photos. We do not sell your information to marketing lists. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared with advertising platforms to measure campaigns; we do not send names, phone numbers, emails or descriptions to analytics tools.

Phone verification

To confirm that a phone number is real and reachable, we send a one-time verification code by text message through our SMS provider, Bird. Your phone number is shared with Bird only to deliver that message. We do not create a customer account, and you are not kept signed in.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics to understand site usage and ad performance. [List the specific tools — e.g., Google Analytics — and cookie details after final tooling is confirmed.]

Marketing communications

Submitting a quote request does not enroll you in marketing lists. Messages you receive relate to your specific request.

Retention and deletion

Lead records are retained for business record-keeping and proof-of-consent purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@pestchime.com. [Specify retention periods and applicable Washington privacy-law disclosures after legal review.]
