How PestChime Works
The whole idea: describe your pest problem once, and let us connect you with a provider serving your area — instead of you calling around.
Step by step
- Tell us what's happening. The quote form asks what pest you're dealing with, where, how urgent it is, your property type and ZIP code, and a short description. Photos are optional but genuinely helpful.
- We process your request. Your submission is validated, checked for coverage by ZIP code, and may be shared with a pest-control provider serving your area. You get a reference number and a confirmation right away.
- The provider contacts you. Using your preferred method and time window, the provider follows up to discuss the problem and give you a quote. Estimates are free; final pricing is set by the provider after seeing the actual job.
- You decide. Requesting a quote never obligates you to book. If the price or fit isn't right, walk away — no charge, no pressure.
Who we are (and aren't)
PestChime is a referral and lead-generation service. We help users submit service requests that may be shared with pest-control providers serving their area. PestChime does not perform pest-control services directly.
In plain terms: we run the request form, write honest local information, and route your job to a provider. We don't spray, trap, or crawl under houses — the provider does, and they're responsible for their availability, pricing, licensing and work quality.
What it costs you
Nothing. Quote requests are free for homeowners. PestChime is paid by service providers for referrals, which is how we keep the request side free.
